THREE INDEPENDENT MEMBERS RESIGNED

Fenerbahçe Football Inc. announced to the Public Disclosure Platform that Independent Board members Şenol Şankaya, Alaattin Yavuz Güneş, and Can Gebetaş have resigned. The statement emphasized that the resignations were made at their own request.

In the statement sent to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated, "Our Independent Board members Mr. Şenol Şankaya, Mr. Alaattin Yavuz Güneş, and Mr. Can Gebetaş have resigned from their positions as Independent Board Members and all related committee memberships, at their own request, on 10.11.2025, after serving since 15.10.2024."

RESTRUCTURING DURING SARAN'S TERM

After Sadettin Saran was elected as president in place of Ali Koç, a comprehensive restructuring process began at the club. In this context, while changes in the management structure were expected, the resignations of the independent board members are considered the first step of this process.
