GÖKHAN BÖCEK'S STATEMENT WAS TAKEN FIRST

As part of the investigation, Gökhan Böcek's statement was taken first. Afterwards, Muhittin Böcek was brought before the prosecutor's office.

It was learned that during the procedures at the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the suspects were asked questions regarding the allegations, evidence, and various topics determined within the scope of the investigation. It was stated that the statements were taken in the presence of lawyers.

"1 MILLION EUROS DEMANDED, MONEY WAS DELIVERED"

In his statement, Gökhan Böcek claimed that upon the instruction of CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, Veli Ağbaba called him and demanded 1 million euros for Muhittin Böcek to be re-nominated.

Stating that he informed his father about the situation, Gökhan Böcek said Muhittin Böcek told him, "Do what is necessary." Gökhan Böcek stated that he delivered the money in question to Veli Ağbaba through an intermediary.

"DURING THE KILIÇDAROĞLU ERA, WE USED TO RECEIVE SUPPORT MONEY FROM THE HEADQUARTERS"

Making other allegations in his statement, Gökhan Böcek claimed that during Özgür Özel's visit to Antalya, 200 thousand dollars were delivered in a bag with his father's knowledge.

Alleging that 15 million lira in support was provided to the party during the Konyaaltı Mayor election process, Gökhan Böcek said, "During the Kılıçdaroğlu era, we used to receive support money from the headquarters. In this recent period, however, we gave to the headquarters."

MUHİTTİN BÖCEK: MY SON'S STATEMENT IS TRUE

In his prosecutor's statement, Muhittin Böcek stated that after the expressions used by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel in a meeting, he thought the party headquarters might have requests for financial and moral support for the candidacy and campaign process.

Explaining that he therefore spoke to his son Gökhan Böcek about providing the necessary support, Muhittin Böcek stated that his son told him that 1 million euros were demanded through Veli Ağbaba.

Muhittin Böcek said, "My son Gökhan's statement regarding the demand for 1 million euros is true."

THE 200 THOUSAND DOLLARS CLAIM WAS ALSO QUESTIONED

At the prosecutor's office, Muhittin Böcek was also asked about Gökhan Böcek's claim that 200 thousand dollars were given upon Özgür Özel's request during a launch event in Antalya.

Regarding this issue, Muhittin Böcek stated, "I do not know the details of this matter, but as I explained above, I had informed him that I would handle such a request from the headquarters. I had previously instructed Gökhan to meet the demands during the election campaigns."
