Trabzonspor has initiated legal action against both Adana Demirspor and GMG Kastamonuspor, claiming that they have not made the payments agreed upon for the transfers of Yusuf Erdoğan and Behlül Aydın, respectively. Investigations are ongoing in the Dispute Resolution Board for both cases.
Trabzonspor has taken legal action against Trendyol Süper Lig team Adana Demirspor and Nesine 2. Lig representative GMG Kastamonuspor. The burgundy-blue club applied to the Dispute Resolution Board (UÇK), claiming that both teams failed to make the payments specified regarding the transfers they made.
YUSUF ERDOĞAN-ADANA DEMİRSPOR TRANSFER According to a report by 61 Saat, Trabzonspor was supposed to receive a conditional payment of 118 thousand euros for the transfer of Yusuf Erdoğan to Adana Demirspor. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on January 16, 2023, the following details were shared regarding the agreement;
Bonus Payment: 100 thousand Euros plus VAT
Subsequent Transfer Revenue Sharing: If Adana Demirspor transfers the player to another club, 50% of the revenue obtained must be paid to Trabzonspor. However, Trabzonspor applied to the UÇK due to the non-payment of these amounts.
Yusuf Erdoğan BEHLÜL AYDIN-KASTAMONUSPOR After Behlül Aydın's transfer to GMG Kastamonuspor, the amount of 6 million 480 thousand TL that Trabzonspor was supposed to receive was also not paid. Although Trabzonspor has not made any statement to KAP regarding this issue, it has been learned that a legal process has been initiated for the collection of receivables.
Behlül Aydın INVESTIGATIONS CONTINUE Meanwhile, investigations are ongoing for both cases at the Dispute Resolution Board. Trabzonspor is demanding the payment of the amounts it is entitled to while closely monitoring the process.
