Erol Erdal Gürdoğan (69), who has been serving as the muhtar of Orta Neighborhood in the Odunpazarı district of Eskişehir for three terms and is also the President of the Odunpazarı Muhtars Association, suffered a heart attack at his home on Muhtars' Day.
