In the Terme district of Samsun, 2.5-year-old Yağız Alp Ekmekci, who was struck by a light commercial vehicle driven by his 69-year-old grandfather M.E. while it was moving, could not be saved despite all interventions at Terme State Hospital, where he was taken. The young child's lifeless body was sent to the Samsun Forensic Medicine Group Directorate for autopsy, and police launched an investigation into the incident.

VEHICLE HIT HIS GRANDSON WHILE IT WAS MOVING
The accident occurred in Çay Neighborhood of Terme district. According to the information obtained, while the light commercial vehicle with plate 55 ALR 185 driven by M.E. (69) was moving, it hit the driver's 2.5-year-old grandson Yağız Alp Ekmekci. The injured child was taken to Terme State Hospital by ambulance. Despite all interventions at the hospital, Yağız Alp Ekmekci could not be saved.
