US President Donald Trump, who participated in the 55th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum via video conference, called on business leaders to invest in the US regarding manufacturing and cryptocurrency, stating that they would make the US a manufacturing superpower and the world's capital for artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency.
U.S. President Donald Trump participated in the 55th Annual Meetings of the World Economic Forum (WEF) held in the town of Davos, Switzerland via video conference.
Stating that Saudi Arabia and the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) need to lower oil prices, Trump said, "I will also ask Saudi Arabia and the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to reduce oil costs. You need to lower them; I was surprised that you didn't lower them before the election. If the price had dropped, the Russia-Ukraine War would have ended immediately. Now the price is high enough for the war to continue."
NOTABLE CRYPTO EXIT
Trump called on business people to invest in the U.S. regarding production and crypto, saying, "The U.S. is the country with the highest amount of oil and natural gas in the world, and we will use it. This will not only reduce the apparent cost of goods and services but will also make the U.S. a manufacturing superpower and the world's capital in artificial intelligence and crypto."
Additionally, Trump reported that he received news that Saudi Arabia would invest $600 billion in the U.S., stating, "I will ask the wonderful man, Crown Prince (Mohammed bin Salman), to round this up to a trillion. I believe they will do it because we treated them well."
