Twenty football players from Galatasaray and Beşiktaş will experience the excitement of the Galatasaray-Beşiktaş derby for the first time if their coaches give them the opportunity. Thirteen players from Beşiktaş and seven players from Galatasaray will face each other in the league for the first time.
In the 8th week of the Trendyol Super League, 20 football players will have the opportunity to play for the first time in a match between Galatasaray and Beşiktaş, should they be given the chance.
20 PLAYERS WILL EXPERIENCE A FIRST
In the yellow-red team, if coach Okan Buruk gives them a chance, 7 players will compete against the black-and-white team for the first time in the match to be held on Saturday, October 4. In Beşiktaş, 13 football players will take part against Galatasaray for the first time in their careers if they get to play.
13 PLAYERS IN BEŞIKTAŞ ARE AFTER THEIR FIRST DERBY
In the black-and-white team, 13 players will experience the excitement of the Galatasaray derby for the first time if coach Sergen Yalçın gives them a chance. Among the players who joined Beşiktaş during the summer transfer period are David Jurasek, Tammy Abraham, Orkun Kökçü, Wilfred Ndidi, Taylan Bulut, El Bilal Toure, Tiago Djalo, Vaclav Cerny, Cengiz Ünder, Gökhan Sazdağı, and Jota Silva, along with Devrim Şahin and Kartal Kayra Yılmaz from the youth academy, who will face the yellow-reds for the first time if they play. Additionally, Demir Ege Tıknaz, who will not be on the field due to injury, has never played in Galatasaray matches at the A team level before.
