The medical team that arrived at the scene confirmed that Eser Barış had died. After the police conducted an investigation at the scene, Barış's lifeless body was taken to the Adana Forensic Medicine Institution for an autopsy. In the Selahattin Eyyübi neighborhood of the Yüreğir district, Sedat Oyunlu, who was waiting in front of the spot furniture store where he worked, was approached by two suspects on a motorcycle wearing helmets, who opened fire on Oyunlu with a gun and fled. Oyunlu was left bleeding from a bullet that hit his hip and managed to get into his car to go to Adana City Hospital while injured.
Despite the doctors' intervention, Sedat Oyunlu, who was treated here, lost his life during the night hours. Oyunlu's lifeless body was taken to the morgue of the Adana Forensic Medicine Institution for an autopsy. The police have launched a large-scale operation to capture the fleeing attackers, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
