A worrying development occurred in the treatment of Hamid Yorulmaz, who is searching for his biological father on the program Müge Anlı ile Tatlı Sert. After the 18-year-old young man's blood values dropped, he received medical intervention at the hospital.

SAD DEVELOPMENT IN HAMID YORULMAZ'S HEALTH CONDITION

On the Müge Anlı ile Tatlı Sert program broadcast on ATV, the latest information about the health condition of Hamid Yorulmaz, who is trying to find his biological father, was announced. Hamid, 18, who is battling thalassemia, was treated in the hospital for two days after his blood values dropped to critical levels. Due to a serious drop in ferritin and blood values, Hamid was given a blood transfusion. It was stated that the young patient would receive one more unit of blood during the day. After his treatment, Hamid joined the live broadcast and said that his morale was good and that he felt more energetic.

BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT CARRIES RISK FOR HAMID

During the program, another worrying piece of information regarding Hamid's treatment was shared. It was stated that Hamid, who previously received treatment at Dokuz Eylül University Research Hospital, is currently continuing his treatment at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. It was announced that his previous doctor passed information about the young man's medical history to the new treatment team. It was stated that due to Hamid's current medical condition, a bone marrow transplant carries a serious risk. According to the information shared on the program, having a transplant within the next few years may also be dangerous. No definite decision was announced regarding when and under what conditions the transplant could be performed.

IT EMERGED THAT HE HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE HIS MEDICATIONS FOR TWO YEARS

In Hamid's health struggle, another detail regarding the treatment process drew attention. It was stated that the young patient had not been able to take his medications regularly for about two years because he did not have health insurance. While it was stated that the disruption of his treatment negatively affected his health condition, attention was drawn to the importance of restarting and regularly continuing the medication treatment.

HARSH REACTION FROM MÜGE ANLI TO HAMID'S MOTHER

Müge Anlı, who closely followed Hamid's struggle to find his biological father, reacted to the delays. Addressing Hamid's mother, Anlı used the following words: "If this father matter had been resolved two years ago, if it had not been said, 'Let me go to the judge, let me go to the prosecutor,' Ms. Nihal, this child would have recovered."

HIS MOTHER HAD BEEN ARRESTED, HIS UNCLE HAD BEEN RELEASED

In his statements on the program, Hamid Yorulmaz had said that he needed a stem cell transplant and explained that he wanted to find his biological father. Following the young man's words, "I don't want to die," the statements in the broadcasts were accepted as a report, and the Torbalı Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation ex officio. Within the scope of the investigation, Hamid's mother, Nihal B., and his uncle, Mehmet Y., were detained. Nihal B. was arrested on charges of "changing the child's lineage." Mehmet Y., however, was released under judicial control conditions.
