According to the statement from the Presidency's Communications Directorate, the phone conversation between Erdoğan and Trump addressed not only bilateral relations but also regional and global developments.

In the meeting, Erdoğan stated that Turkey is closely following developments in Syria and emphasized that the unity, solidarity, and territorial integrity of Syria are important for Turkey.
THE SITUATION OF ISIS MEMBERS IN PRISONS WAS ALSO DISCUSSED
During the meeting, the fight against ISIS and the situation of ISIS members in Syrian prisons were also addressed, with Erdoğan expressing that a developed, peaceful Syria, free from terrorism, will contribute to the stability of the region.
