Adem Yeşilyurt, whose transfer negotiations with Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor were unsuccessful, has found a new team. Karşıyaka President Metin Aygün Cicibaş announced that they have reached a preliminary agreement with Maribor, owned by Acun Ilıcalı, for the transfer of Adem Yeşilyurt.

Metin Aygün Cicibaş, the president of Karşıyaka, touched on the details of the transfer, saying, "We have reached a principle agreement with Maribor for Adem Yeşilyurt's transfer. The transfer of Adem Yeşilyurt will include a transfer fee plus a 50% share from the next sale. If Adem transfers from Maribor to Hull City, a payment of 3 million euros will be made. Adem will complete the season at Karşıyaka."
