According to the inflation data announced by TURKSTAT, the rate of increase in civil servant salaries was 19.31%, and the minimum civil servant salary also increased to 39,206.

With the announcement of the June monthly increase to 1.64 and the annual increase to 71.60, the rate of salary increase for civil servants in July 2024 has been determined. The salary increase for civil servants and retired civil servants is calculated based on the 6-month inflation difference and the rate determined by the collective agreement. In the July 2024 period, civil servant salaries and retired civil servant pensions will be increased by 10% and the portion exceeding 15% of the first 6-month inflation will be given as an additional increase.

THE LOWEST RETIRED PENSION IS 39,000 LIRA

As a result of the June data, the salaries obtained based on the 6-month inflation difference have been determined. The lowest civil servant salary increased from 32,861 TL to 39,206 TL with a 19.31% increase.

Technician (9/1): from 32,709 lira to 39,025 lira
Imam-Hatip (8/1): from 34,481 lira to 41,140 lira
Chief (4/1): from 33,967 lira to 40,526 lira
Director (1/4): from 40,781 lira to 48,660 lira
Department Head: from 70,848 lira to 84,528 lira
General Manager: from 91,966 lira to 109,725 lira
Teacher (1/4): from 34,892 lira to 41,630 lira
Police Officer (8/1): increased from 42,715 lira to 50,962 lira
