While efforts continue to clarify the murder of Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found 19 days after going missing in Diyarbakır, it has emerged that the family is in financial distress. It has been reported that the Güran family has hired 12 lawyers to file lawsuits based on social media posts, and these lawyers have made 415 criminal complaints to date. It has also been learned that the lawyers sent offers to the defendant side through a mediation system, and those who accepted paid the requested amount to the Güran family.

In the Tavşantepe Village of Bağlar, Diyarbakır, the investigation continues regarding 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found 19 days after she went missing on August 21.

THE FAMILY'S LAWYERS HAVE FILED 415 CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS

While efforts to clarify the murder continue, it has emerged that the Güran Family is in need of 'money'. According to a report by Şeyhmus Çakan from Akşam newspaper, it has been learned that the 12 lawyers hired by the Güran Family to file lawsuits against social media posts have filed 415 criminal complaints to date. The lawyers send offers to the opposing party through a mediation system, and those who accept pay the requested amount to the Güran Family.

"HAWK EYE" CAMERA RECORDINGS HAVE BEEN ANALYZED

The Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had the 'hawk eye' camera recordings from the military base overlooking Tavşantepe Village analyzed to solve the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in all its details. In the 7 minutes and 28 seconds of footage, it was determined that the informant Nevzat Bahtiyar drove his vehicle with the license plate 23 AN 630 towards the stream bed from the village on the day Narin went missing, August 21, and stopped at a point close to the stream. After turning his vehicle towards the village and parking it, Bahtiyar was seen to have walked to the stream's edge while carrying the bag containing Narin's lifeless body.

WALKED 150 METERS

According to the coordinates derived from satellite images, it was determined that the distance Nevzat Bahtiyar walked was 150 meters. It was found that he placed the bag, which he never put down, at the point where the stream bed met the water, first tied the mouth of the bag, then hid it under a rock, and placed three large rocks on top of it. According to the information reflected in the investigation file, it was assessed that Nevzat Bahtiyar wedged the body under the rock due to the possibility that it could be seen by someone if the body was carried away by the current. It was also learned that Bahtiyar took such a precaution to ensure the body decomposed quickly. The location reports prepared in the presence of the prosecutor, which were conducted with Bahtiyar, were also confirmed by the footage.
