A 26-year-old woman named N.Ş. was harassed by a cyclist who passed by her while she was walking on the street in the Bayraklı district.

IT WAS CAPTURED ON SECURITY CAMERAS

After the incident, the suspect fled, and the harassment was captured by nearby security cameras. The footage shows the cyclist suspect harassing N.Ş. from behind as she walks and then continuing on his way.

HE WAS DETAINED

The Bayraklı Crime Prevention and Investigation Bureau teams, who took action, identified the suspect as İ.K. (27) through camera and field work. In an operation, the suspect İ.K. was quickly caught and detained in the Bornova district. The suspect, who was taken to the Bayraklı District Police Department, is currently undergoing processing.
