According to Mevlüt Tezel, a writer for Sabah, if Hull City is promoted to the Premier League, the club will receive approximately 300 million euros in revenue from broadcasting rights and sponsorship agreements. It was emphasized that this income will not be directly personal profit but will be used to strengthen the squad.
BOUGHT FOR 23 MILLION EUROS
Acun Ilıcalı purchased Hull City in 2021 for approximately 20 million pounds, which is about 23 million euros. Tezel noted that Ilıcalı's real significant profit would come if the club remains in the Premier League, stating, "Acun is playing Football Manager in real life."
