THE HAMBURGER RESTAURANT SERVES A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE A DAY
On social media, images were published indicating that a hamburger restaurant in Sarıyer accepts customers by referral, serves a maximum of 10 people a day, and applies special conditions for some products on the menu. During the inspection, it was determined that there was no menu at the workplace, that 32 different products were sold in the restaurant, but there was no price list visible to customers, and that there were exorbitant prices for some products, with half a liter of water being sold for 258 lira. A report was prepared for exorbitant prices for a total of 4 different products. It was learned that the purchase invoices for the products from the last 3 months would be examined.

It was determined that although the business operates as a hamburger restaurant, its license is registered for 'cakes and baked goods'. It was learned that the municipality teams have also initiated an investigation regarding the cancellation of the license. It was found that the sale of the product was conditional despite the customer's request. An action was taken regarding 'refusal to sell' related to the workplace.

What can I do if the person who comes here can't taste something after burning their mouth?"
