The 23-year-old Eren Tunçel, the district chairman of the AK Party Youth Branch, accidentally shot himself while playing with his firearm, which was under arrest. The unfortunate young man could not be saved despite all the interventions at the hospital where he was taken.

The incident occurred around 20:30 in the Hamascık village of Cumayeri district. According to the information obtained, Eren Tunçel (23) was playing with his gun, which had a malfunction, when it suddenly fired.



THE BULLET STRUCK THE LOWER PART OF HIS HEART



The young man, who was injured by a bullet that struck the lower part of his heart, was taken to Gümüşova Integrated Hospital by the medical teams who arrived at the scene upon his friends' notification. Despite the interventions, Tunçel could not be saved and lost his life.
