The footage shows Güllü singing along to the song playing on television, Tuyan Ülkem Gülter dancing in front of the television, and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, who was at the house that night, recording those moments with her mobile phone camera.
"NO DNA PROFILE FOUND IN THE AUTOPSY SAMPLE"
In the autopsy of the singer, no DNA profile belonging to another person was found in the sample taken. The family's lawyer, Rahmi Çelik, stated, "We believe that the material facts of this case will emerge with the arrival of audio analysis, video recordings, and expert examination related to the file. There is a report sent by the Biology Specialization Department. This report states exactly this: no DNA profile was found in the samples taken from Ms. Güllü during the autopsy. When these are evaluated, we believe that the material truth will emerge quickly when the necessary reports for the file arrive."
WHAT HAPPENED?
On September 26, around 01:30, Gül Tut, known as Güllü, a beloved figure in arabesque music, fell from the window of her apartment on the 6th floor located on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district. Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Under the control of the medical team, it was determined that Güllü had lost her life. After the examination by the public prosecutor, Güllü's body was taken to Yalova Training and Research Hospital for autopsy. After the autopsy, Güllü's body was buried in Tuzla, Istanbul on September 27.
FOUND TO BE HIGHLY INTOXICATED
In Güllü's preliminary autopsy report, no signs of assault or coercion were found. Additionally, it was determined that the singer had a blood alcohol level of 3.53 promille. According to the report, the likelihood of an accident in the singer's death has increased.
HER DAUGHTER AND SON WERE ALSO PRESENT
As part of the investigation, the expert committee, which included the Forensic Medicine Expert, High Physics Engineer, and Crime Scene Investigation Expert from the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, conducted an examination at Güllü's home and the place where she fell. Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor Duygu Bayar Öksüz also participated in the examination. During the examination, Güllü's daughter Tuyan Ülkem and her son Tuğberk Yağız Gülter were also present at the house. While Güllü's children answered the questions posed to them, the expert committee left the scene after a 3-hour examination.
