TEACHER'S CONDITION IS GOOD
It was announced that the teacher's wound was superficial and not life-threatening. The police reported that an investigation into the incident has been launched, and the attacker along with his legal representatives are being questioned.
School principal Irina Kurchatkina stated in her statement that after the incident, police, an ambulance, and a psychologist to speak with the attacker student were called to the school. Kurchatkina said the student has been attending the same school since first grade and has not previously had any behavioral issues. Kurchatkina noted that the school administration will investigate how the student brought the knife into the school and expressed that security measures at the entrance will be increased.
