In Diyarbakır, 12-year-old Zeynep Nursima Tümen lost her balance and fell from a height of 12 meters in the historic walls, and despite all interventions, she could not be saved. Zeynep Nursima's body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution for autopsy. An investigation has been launched regarding the incident. The incident occurred in the afternoon at the Hazreti Süleyman Mosque complex, which is located within the historic walls listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Sur district. Zeynep Nursima Tümen, who was visiting with her family from Van, lost her balance and fell from the approximately 12-meter-high walls. Upon notification from the surrounding people, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. After the initial intervention by the health teams, Zeynep Nursima was taken to Dicle University Hospital. Despite the doctors' efforts, Tümen could not be saved.
