As the war between the US-Israel and Iran escalates on its 18th day, a Chinese defense company claimed that the US's $2 billion "stealth" B-2 bombers have been detected and their communications intercepted. This claim, which has also appeared in some media outlets, has led to comments that AI-supported technologies could change the dynamics of the war.
Iran, the United States, and Israel are increasingly facing a critical technology front in the escalating war. Recently, a claim made by a China-based defense technology company has sparked discussions that could change the course of modern warfare.
Hangzhou-based Jingan Technology, which operates in the field of defense technology in China, claimed on March 1 that U.S. B-2 Spirit stealth bombers involved in the airstrike on Iran were detected and their communications were intercepted.
CLAIM OF "INVISIBLE" AIRCRAFT BEING TRACKED
It was claimed that the B-2 Spirits, considered among the world's most advanced "stealth" technology aircraft, were tracked thanks to AI-supported systems. The company's developed war monitoring platform named "Jingqi" reportedly decrypted the radio communications established by the aircraft during their return journey to their bases.
According to the South China Morning Post, the analysis team detailed the route taken by the aircraft and stated that they had audio recordings supporting these claims. This development has resonated widely in military circles.

It was stated that the Jingqi platform not only tracked signals but also created a comprehensive intelligence network by analyzing flight routes, deployment points, and military mobility.
The system, which combines satellite imagery, open-source data, and aviation trajectory information, is said to have reopened the discussion on the concept of "stealth" in modern warfare.
USED IN "OPERATION EPIC ANGER"
In the attack referred to by the Pentagon as "Operation Epic Anger," missile facilities hidden in Iran's mountainous regions and critical military infrastructure were targeted. Four B-2A bombers with call signs ranging from Petro 41 to Petro 44 were involved in the operation.
