A 21-year-old tourist suffered a heart attack 'while taking a photo due to an electric shock' 21-year-old Anastasija Grigorjeva, who was electrocuted by a severed cable while placing her foot on a metal grate in St James's Park, suffered nerve damage in her foot. A holidaymaker is fighting for her life after a horrific accident involving an electric shock while taking photos in one of London's Royal Parks. It was reported that 21-year-old tourist Anastasija Grigorjeva was electrocuted by a severed cable while placing her foot on a metal grate in St James's Park. The young woman suffered a heart attack in July. Health officials were able to revive her, but according to her family, she experienced a severe brain injury that resulted in three months of memory loss and damage to the nerves in her foot. Grigorjeva, a physiotherapy student from Latvia, is currently seeking justice and is taking legal action against The Royal Parks foundation with the support of Osbornes Law. She stated that she came to visit her sister Snezana in London and wanted to take a Polaroid photo on the illuminated metal grate during an evening walk in the park. Snezana, who advocates for her sister in legal matters due to her diminished capacity, recounted: "We had given my sister a new Polaroid camera for her birthday, and she wanted to take a photo on the illuminated metal grate after dark." "Suddenly, I heard my sister groaning, and when I looked back, she was lying unconscious on the ground - her foot was inside the grate. At first, I thought she might have broken her foot, but she wasn't making any noise, and if she had broken something, she would have been screaming in pain."
