The Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced that a 25% discount will be applied to citizens who own homes and workplaces under the assurance of TOKİ. Applications will be accepted between September 23 and October 18.

The Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced that a 25% discount will be provided for citizens who own homes and workplaces under the assurance of TOKİ for their ongoing payments for residences and workplaces.

Minister Kurum stated in a post on his social media account, "Upon the intense demands of our citizens who own homes and workplaces under the assurance of TOKİ, we will provide a 25% discount opportunity for ongoing payments for residences and workplaces. Additionally, those who wish to pay off at least 25% of their debt will also receive a discount at the same rate. May it be beneficial."

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THE CAMPAIGN

According to the information provided by Kurum under the title "25% Discount Campaign from TOKİ," applications will be made between September 23 and October 18.

Those who will benefit from the campaign are the owners of residences sold by TOKİ until the end of June 2023, those whose repayment installments started no later than the end of June 2023, and those with more than 12 remaining installments.
