Since 1986, Ankara Ekspres Kargo, which has been providing services across Turkey, has gone bankrupt due to financial difficulties. The Ankara 3rd Commercial Court rejected the company's concordat application, deciding to lift the temporary injunction and declare bankruptcy.
ALL MEASURES HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED
The court evaluated the financial restructuring request made by Ankara Ekspres Kargo Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi under concordat. However, the application was rejected on the grounds that the company was not in a position to pay its debts. Accordingly, the powers of the commissioners' board operating during the concordat process were terminated, and it was decided to lift all measures taken. The bankruptcy decision will be notified to the Ankara 21st Enforcement Bankruptcy Directorate.
IT WAS A ROOTED CARGO COMPANY IN TURKEY
Founded in 1986, Ankara Ekspres Kargo had one of the largest transportation networks in Turkey during its 39 years of operation. The company operated with 19 transfer and distribution centers in five regions, over 70 service points, and a widespread logistics network across the country. It provided transportation services in many provinces, primarily in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Kocaeli, Adana, Gaziantep, and Antalya.
