CHP has been managing these provinces for many years. When you mention cities like İzmir, they have almost been under CHP's control for many years. We clearly see that CHP is losing votes in these areas. If CHP had been in a position of hope, it should have increased its votes in the municipalities it has been managing for 25 years.
