COURT'S 3-MONTH STAY DECISION
Based in Konya, Ekrem Coşkun Döner applied for concordat at the Konya 3rd Commercial Court due to its financial difficulties. The court granted the company a 3-month temporary stay decision.
CONCORDAT COMMISSIONER APPOINTED
It was also decided to appoint a concordat commissioner for the company. The transfer of the movable and immovable properties of the company and its partners was also prohibited. The next hearing of the concordat application will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
