The increase rate of the Special Consumption Tax (SCT) on fuel products has been set at 6%. Following the SCT regulation, prices for gasoline, diesel, and LPG have risen. The increase in oil prices has raised the possibility of another price hike for gasoline and diesel. There will be no price increase for gasoline and diesel over the weekend. However, a price increase of 1.27 TL per liter for gasoline is expected starting from Tuesday, January 7th.
