Ashley Lacey-Pring, 29, who held a woman captive in a hotel room for four days and repeatedly sexually assaulted her, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by the court in Dorset, England. In the case heard at Bournemouth Crown Court, it was stated that the incident occurred between February 4-8, 2022. It was proven in court that the attacker Pring forcibly held the woman in the hotel room and systematically sexually assaulted her during this time. The victim managed to seek help from the hotel management after four days of captivity. Pring was captured by police teams who arrived at the scene and was tried for two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, and one count of causing serious bodily harm. The jury found Pring guilty on all charges. According to a report by the Daily Mail, it was revealed that the attacker had a criminal record of 30 different offenses in the past. In addition to the 15-year prison sentence, the court ruled that Pring would remain on the sex offenders register for life. The prosecution emphasized that the sentence given serves as a deterrent in preventing similar crimes.
