A foreign national woman, a mother of four children including one with disabilities, was stabbed to death in her home in Eskişehir. Two suspects have been detained in connection with the incident, and the children have been placed under protection. A chilling incident occurred early yesterday morning in a three-story apartment located on Havlucu Street in the Güllük neighborhood of Tepebaşı district in Eskişehir.
BRUTALLY MURDERED IN HER HOME
According to the information obtained, Shabana Solaıman K., a foreign national and mother of 4 children, one of whom is disabled, was brutally stabbed to death in the house where she lived with her disabled child. A large number of police and 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the apartment where the deceased woman was found. Upon entering the house, the police encountered the lifeless body of the woman. The body was taken to the hospital for an autopsy.
4 CHILDREN PLACED UNDER PROTECTION
The police, who initiated an investigation into the incident, detained 2 suspects. While the apartment door was sealed, it was learned that the woman lived only with her disabled child out of her 4 children. The 4 children were placed under the protection of the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Sevim Akgün, who lives on the same street as the murdered woman, stated, "Our apartment has a camera. Usually, the police come and check the footage. Because there are also thefts happening here, and people run away. We are used to it. It was 05:30 AM, our doorbell rang. I said, 'Who is it?' They said, 'Police,' and 'We were going to check the camera,'” she expressed.
