The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK) has launched the 'Alo 193 Common Damage Notification Center' (OHİM) to enable citizens to report insurance damage claims faster and more easily.
After the technical preparations are completed, the system will start operating as of September 1.
INITIALLY COVERING TRAFFIC AND CASCO INSURANCE

COMPLAINTS ALSO ACCEPTED IN ADDITION TO NOTIFICATIONS
The Alo 193 hotline will not only be used for damage notifications. Citizens can also report complaints about illegal formations and irregular practices that they believe have victimized them during the damage process to SEDDK through the same line.
FINAL STEP OF THE ACTION PLAN
With the establishment of the Alo 193 Common Damage Notification Center, SEDDK has completed the final stage of its five-point action plan, prepared to reduce value loss disputes in traffic insurance and prevent exploitation in this area.
