A recent development regarding the lieutenants whose expulsion from the army has been requested.

After the graduation ceremony of the Army Academy, a significant development occurred regarding the request for the dismissal of 5 lieutenants, including the top graduate Ebru Eroğlu, who swore an oath while chanting the slogan "We are soldiers of Mustafa Kemal."

STATEMENT FROM THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE

Sources from the Ministry of National Defense made a statement regarding the lieutenants whose dismissal is requested. In the statement, it was said, "The process of the High Disciplinary Board has begun. When the meeting time of the HDB is determined, a notification will be made to the relevant personnel at least 10 days in advance. This date will be announced to the public when the time comes."

COMMANDERS HAD BEEN REMOVED FROM DUTY

A disciplinary investigation was initiated against the Deputy Battalion Commander, Company Commander, and Platoon Commander who were on duty during the graduation ceremony for not taking the necessary precautions before the ceremony and for not intervening during the incident.

Additionally, it was announced that the Company Commander of the Artillery School, Major S.I., was removed from duty a few days ago.
