A disturbing video shared on Snapchat shows a man attacking another person with a knife around 01:30 yesterday morning. The attacker stabbed the man in the neck while pushing a baby stroller filled with belongings.
The injured man recoiled, pressing his bleeding neck. A woman convinced him to move away. In the footage, a group of men can be heard laughing and shouting in the background.
The video then shows the injured man lying on the sidewalk. When the ambulance arrived, the person filming shouted, "The ambulance is here!"
