A refugee in England severely injured a man by stabbing him in the neck during an argument.

A disturbing video shared on Snapchat shows a man attacking another person with a knife around 01:30 yesterday morning. The attacker stabbed the man in the neck while pushing a baby stroller filled with belongings.

The injured man recoiled, pressing his bleeding neck. A woman convinced him to move away. In the footage, a group of men can be heard laughing and shouting in the background.

The video then shows the injured man lying on the sidewalk. When the ambulance arrived, the person filming shouted, "The ambulance is here!"

The police confirmed that the injured man was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition. A 34-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Two other individuals were arrested and released, while one person was charged with unrelated crimes.

The West Midlands Police are examining the cellphone footage of the incident. A police spokesperson stated that it was an isolated incident and no other suspects are being sought. Additionally, contrary to some claims on social media, there was no child in the baby stroller during the incident. The man was pushing a cart filled with belongings.
