After a humorous holiday proposal directed at Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu received a response from the official account of Datça Municipality, social media manager Osman Akın was dismissed. Kılıçdaroğlu criticized the decision with a post stating, "I do not find it right to play with anyone's livelihood," and requested the reinstatement of the manager if he was removed from his position due to the post.
A humorous holiday proposal directed at former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu went viral on social media. A social media account with the username "Zeydan Hoca" made a playful post addressing Kılıçdaroğlu, saying, "If he gives up on this nonsense, I will gift him a 10-day half-board holiday in Datça, including shorts and sunscreen." The official account of Datça Municipality responded to this post with "Unfortunately, we are fully booked."
FIRED AFTER THE POSTS
Following this response, a support message was shared from the municipality's account using the phrase "we have a spot" for journalist İrfan Değirmenci, who was detained. These posts were appreciated as part of Datça Municipality's social media approach. After these posts, it was announced that Osman Akın, the social media manager responsible for the municipality's official account, had been fired.
KILIÇDAROĞLU: I DO NOT FIND IT RIGHT
In response to this development, Kılıçdaroğlu made a notable post. He stated, "I do not find it right to play with anyone's bread," showing support for the young man who was fired. Kılıçdaroğlu added, "If the reason for our friend working at Datça Municipality being fired is a post he made regarding me, I forgive him. I would be pleased if he is reinstated. I forgive not only that friend but also the young people who insulted me by being misled with false information. I leave the journalists, trolls, and crazed politicians fed by funds to God's justice and the conscience of the nation."
