TEAMS MOBILIZED

The incident occurred around 01:00 in the rural Hasanpaşa neighborhood of İnegöl. Hüseyin Duymuş (63), who was going to his sheep farm, became stranded when the stream suddenly overflowed. As the water level rose, the farm was submerged, and the owner called 112 for help. Emergency services, including 112, Gendarmerie, and Fire Department search and rescue teams, were dispatched. The fire department teams mobilized for Hüseyin Duymuş (63), who was stranded in the flooded farm. Racing against time, the fire department crews entered the water and, after intense effort, first rescued the farm owner's dog and then Hüseyin Duymuş.

RESCUED MAN'S HEALTH CONDITION IS GOOD

Thanking the fire department teams by saying, "My home is gone. Everything is gone. I'm very cold. May Allah be pleased with you," Hüseyin Duymuş hugged his rescued dog and shed tears of joy. Due to discomfort, the farm owner had difficulty walking and was carried in the arms of the fire department teams 400 meters to the ambulance. Hüseyin Duymuş, who had difficulty walking, drew attention by removing his muddy shoes before entering the ambulance. The man, whose health condition was reported to be good, was taken to İnegöl State Hospital for a check-up. The absence of sheep on the farm likely prevented a potential disaster.
