As a result of the collision, the car was split in two, and 11 people in the vehicles were injured. Citizens who witnessed the accident reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following the report, health, fire, gendarmerie, and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

The injured individuals, who received first aid from the health teams that arrived at the scene, were taken to Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital. After inspections at the scene, the vehicles were removed from the road with the help of a tow truck. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident.
