The leader of the CHP, Özgür Özel, submitted 17 immunity files belonging to 14 members of parliament, including DEM Party Co-Chair Tulay Hatımoğulları Oruç and İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu, to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. The files have been referred to the Joint Committee.
CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, along with DEM Party Co-Chair Tulay Hatımoğulları Oruç and İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu, submitted 17 immunity files belonging to 14 members of parliament to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
The files were referred by the Presidency of the Assembly to the Joint Commission, which consists of members from the Constitutional and Justice Commissions regarding the Presidential Decrees on the Lifting of Legislative Immunity.
