A woman's body buried in the soil was found in the garden of a house in Konya.

It has been revealed that Çiğdem E., who has been missing for approximately 5 months in Konya, was stabbed to death by 4 Afghan nationals and buried in the backyard of a house. The suspects have been taken into custody.

The relatives of Çiğdem E., who lives in Konya, applied to the police for a missing person report when she did not return home 5 months ago. The Homicide Bureau of the Security Branch Directorate, considering Çiğdem E.'s disappearance suspicious, examined the security camera footage from the areas where the woman was last seen. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that Çiğdem E. was seen with 4 Afghan nationals. The police detained 4 suspects on suspicion that Çiğdem E. may have been kidnapped or killed.

FOUND BURIED IN THE GARDEN

During the interrogation, it was determined that Çiğdem E. was killed with a knife and buried in the garden of a detached house on Hacı Hasanbaşı Street in Nakipoğlu Neighborhood, Karatay district. Çiğdem E.'s body was found during the excavation work in the garden. While Çiğdem E.'s body was sent to the Konya Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy, the detained suspects were taken to the Konya Homicide Bureau Directorate. The investigation into the incident is ongoing from multiple angles.
