HE WAS TAKEN HOSTAGE WITH HIS HANDS AND ARMS TIED AT THE WORKPLACE
The incident occurred around 4:00 PM at a workplace located in the Aymakoop Industrial Site in the Ziya Gökalp neighborhood of Başakşehir district. According to the information obtained, a foreign national employee named Nicolai Palamarciuc attempted to take documents that were allegedly belonging to the workplace. Other employees, noticing the situation, stopped Palamarciuc and informed the workplace owner. After a while, the relatives of the workplace owner arrived at the scene. The individuals named R.K., Y.K.A, C.Ç., and K.Ç. who came to the workplace tied the employee's hands and feet.
HE LOST HIS LIFE
Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The police teams that arrived at the scene found Nicolai Palamarciuc lying motionless on the ground, and saw R.K. standing over him with a knife in his hand, while the other three individuals had plastic handcuffs and tape in their hands. Medical teams determined during their examination that the foreign national had lost his life.
4 PEOPLE DETAINED
As a result, the police detained 4 suspects, R.K., Y.K.A., C.Ç., and K.Ç., who were identified as being involved in the incident, on charges of 'intentional murder'. Nicolai Palamarciuc, who was taken to the hospital by ambulance while unconscious, could not be saved despite all interventions. Crime scene investigation teams came to the workplace to conduct their work. The police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
