Abdullah Avcı was last in charge of Trabzonspor. During his tenure there, he led the team to the Süper Lig championship in the 2021-2022 season and also crowned his success with two Super Cup victories. However, after some negative results and an early end to the European adventure, he parted ways with Trabzonspor in August 2024.
