Following a series of poisoning scandals in Turkey, images from world-renowned restaurant chains have caused disgust. Inspections conducted by the Başakşehir Municipality's police teams revealed hygiene problems. While these moments were recorded, the chief inspector reacted to the operators during the inspection of the kitchens of famous brands, saying, "You can't fry chicken here; you've turned this place into a garbage dump."
Başakşehir Municipality's inspection teams conducted checks on famous restaurant chains following recent food poisoning cases. Disturbing images emerged during these inspections.
"THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A SHAME"
The head of the inspection team, who recorded the inspections, stated during the checks of the famous brands' kitchens, "This is bruised, harmful to human health," "The chicken doesn't fry here, you've turned this place into a trash," "This place has become a shame," "I was incredibly shocked to see this dirt."
EXPIRED PRODUCTS WERE ALSO FOUND
Expired products were also found during the inspections. Penalties were imposed on those who did not comply with hygiene rules.

Başakşehir Mayor Yasin Kartoğlu stated, "We do not allow unhealthy food production. Businesses that do not meet hygiene conditions have been identified in our inspections, and penalties have been applied in accordance with the relevant legislation. We are on the field with the same determination every day."
