We will try to float the mannequin mayors next to us in our bay to fulfill the promise they made. They have never been normal mayors anyway. They have always acted as mannequin mayors. There is a management and mismanagement problem in İzmir. We are floating the mannequins in the bay to remind them of the promises they made.
