AK Party member Miroğlu reacts to the arrest of Ahmet Özer: Those who say the solution will not be affected are mistaken.

The repercussions of CHP's Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer's arrest as part of a terrorism investigation continue. While the CHP reacted strongly to the arrest decision, there was also criticism from AK Party MKYK member Orhan Miroğlu.

MIROĞLU'S REACTION TO ÖZER'S ARREST

In a statement on his social media account, AK Party member Miroğlu noted that the political consequences of the arrest would lead to a lack of resolution. Miroğlu said: "As a solution advocate who shed tears twice while listening to the President's speech in the group on Wednesday, what I saw but was very saddened by is this: Unfortunately, those who do not want a solution have managed to dive into the solution climate like an elephant in a china shop. The scene left from a street interview with a Kurdish youth, those who work on the political psychology of nations will know better, but in terms of 'impact power', it may have competed with our President's speech, which once again made the Kurds cry with his speech in the group!"

Then, for the first time, the reminder of the titles owned by the Kurds in Istanbul by someone said to be a Kurdish girl, accompanied by Kurdish music, must be a flawless 'innovation'! This 'Kurdish girl' was addressing the Turks: "The titles of Istanbul have been seized by the Kurds, you actually don't even have a homeland."

Setting these aside, if the evidence cited as the reason for Ahmet Özer's arrest is as we know from the media, that is, the Rojda concert - let me say that even if Ahmet Özer does not do it, someone will hold these concerts in a city where five million Kurds live, it is enough to go online and see the concerts given by Mem Ararat in Istanbul - if it is based on reasons like condolence phone calls, and if rental income has been documented as money coming from the organization, it is not hard to see that the political consequence of the arrest will serve not to a solution but to a lack of resolution, and that it will help some to keep the Kurds within the 'national psychology' they want to maintain.

"THERE IS NO OTHER WAY BUT TO CREATE A SOLUTION CLIMATE"

Those who say the solution is not affected by all these developments are mistaken. It is severely affected. After all, they even prevented the group speech, which is a manifesto of Turkey's Internal Front, from being discussed in detail!

I can almost hear you saying we shouldn't despair, but unfortunately, the political memory of the past process is shaped by the photo of a Kurdish youth, handcuffed, saying in a street interview that he is "not Turkish," and the video shot by the "Kurdish girl" who addresses the Turks saying you no longer even have a homeland because the titles are in the hands of the Kurds! Despite everything, there is no other way but to continue the struggle to create a 'solution climate' from this environment.
