AK Party Spokesperson Çelik: The People's Alliance is moving forward resolutely towards its goal.

The call made by MHP General Chairman Devlet Bahçeli regarding PKK terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan has become the number one agenda item in politics. The opposition has frequently expressed the claim that Bahçeli's call has caused cracks and disagreements within the People's Alliance. Most recently, Bahçeli's reaction to the journalist who asked, "Is there a disagreement between you and President Erdoğan regarding the resolution process, or not?" was to say, "Stop engaging in provocative behaviors that fuel discrimination with misleading information about Turkey," which intensified the discussions.

AK PARTY SPOKESPERSON ÇELİK: THERE ARE CRACKS IN THE OPPOSITION, NOT IN THE PEOPLE'S ALLIANCE

After the Central Executive Committee (MYK) meeting, AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik appeared before the cameras and denied the allegations. Stating that the People's Alliance continues on its path, Çelik said: "In recent weeks, numerous statements have been made by the opposition regarding cracks and separations within the People's Alliance. These do not constitute our agenda. There is no place for such an agenda in our political agenda. Essentially, we are witnessing intense conflicts among factions within the opposition party."

"THE PEOPLE'S ALLIANCE IS MOVING TOWARDS ITS GOAL"

The People's Alliance is working diligently to walk towards the goals of the Turkey Century with loyalty to the principles that form it. Therefore, the People's Alliance is not just an alliance that operates at a general or upper institutional level; it is an alliance that has connected its will to our citizens sociologically at the district, town, and village levels. Our determination that the People's Alliance will continue on its path with even greater strength in the coming days is certain.

Highlights from AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik's statements are as follows:

"Our organizations are our pride. We thank all our organizations once again. The message to strengthen the internal front, evaluated by our President regarding the developments around us, is to be given in all our congresses; the message of strengthening the internal front. We aim to hold these congresses in a festive atmosphere of democracy. After this schedule is completed, our provincial congresses will be clearly on the agenda. Our President may attend nearly 30 provincial congresses. The schedule is very busy for our President. Probably, in the days following Ramadan, the schedule regarding our provincial congresses will be presented to our MKYK and our chairman by our organization president, Erkan Bey.

"WE ARE ALWAYS BY THE SIDE OF THE AHISKA TURKS"

Erkan Bey provided detailed information about the congresses we have held so far. The congresses of our women's and youth branches are on the agenda. All MYK, MKYK, Cabinet, and all our friends will participate intensively in these congresses. Recently, it was the anniversary of the suffering experienced by our Ahıska Turkish brothers during their exile. Once again, we pray for God's mercy. Our chairman and our President have a strong interest in the Ahıska Turks. We will continue to stand by our Ahıska Turkish brothers at all times.

In all MYK and MKYK meetings, our first agenda is Gaza. The statements made by members of the Netanyahu network regarding annexation of the West Bank are a declaration of this criminal network's intent to commit greater massacres, genocides, and instabilities in the region. Even while holding this meeting, attacks towards Lebanon and threats against Syria and Iran continue. We are facing a network that attacks the entire UN system, international law, and the entire front of humanity. It is clear that we are facing a mad, bloodthirsty massacre network.

"GAZA IS THE FRONT OF HUMANITY AND INTERNATIONAL LAW"

It is seen that we are facing a network that threatens all religions and people by establishing a theopolitical policy over some religious exploitations, which have remained in the dusty shelves of history. Gaza is the front of humanity and international law. It will not be possible to defend these without defending Gaza. Very concrete steps must be taken to stop this genocide. The call for Turkey not to provide arms to Israel will prevent Israel from committing massacres.

BRICS MEETING

Amid all this intensity, Turkey has the will to maintain connections with all geographies and unions in the world. The traffic of our President alone clearly shows how Turkey holds the main lines in the world. There were speculations made by the opposition after the Brics meeting. The opposition's claims that gains are being jeopardized and that Turkey is changing direction are being made through cut-and-paste methods. During a time when Turkey was closing itself off from external instructions, they had launched a campaign during our government saying 'Turkey is experiencing an axis shift.'

"AXIS SHIFT" DISCUSSIONS

For example, when the nuclear agreement with Iran could not be realized, Turkey took a historic step with Brazil to get Iran to sign, which was Iran's first international agreement after the revolution. That was achieved through Brazil-Turkey cooperation. At that time, they said there was an 'axis shift.' When it came to the Arab Spring, Turkey established relations by saying, 'A great wave is coming, we need to see its historical depth, and it should be managed with some reforms,' especially with Syria and other countries, and they were saying 'Turkey is experiencing an axis shift' then too. Here, the implication was that when Turkey, as a sovereign state, implemented this policy, they brought up the term 'axis shift' when it did not conform to their decision.

"TURKEY DESIRES TO BE PRESENT IN ALL PLATFORMS OF THE WORLD"

Turkey is pursuing a foreign policy that desires to be present in all platforms of the world. The Balkans, Brics, Europe, and the Turkish States Organization are meetings that our President has attended within almost a month. These are approaches that show Turkey has something to say. The opposition's slogan that 'Turkey is losing its accumulations' has no counterpart in foreign policy. The demands of the global south were comprehensively evaluated by various heads of state. Countries that say they are part of the global south want peace and oppose unilateral impositions. The words of these vast global south countries are, of course, significant as a NATO member.

"THE CLIMATE SUMMIT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT"

Turkey certainly has something to say and will do so on every platform. The attitude of some Western circles, framed as a shift in axis, clearly demonstrates a lack of foreign policy vision. The climate summit held in Azerbaijan is extremely important. There is a certain injustice at play; while developed countries are primarily responsible for taking measures against their polluting behaviors, they exhibit an unfair approach by trying to impose the same measures on developing and poor countries, equating their financial obligations with those of these nations. Today, everyone has a responsibility regarding climate issues. Those who primarily disrupt the climate balance in the world should lead in terms of both budget and responsibility.

"ZERO WASTE PROJECT HAS BECOME A UN PROJECT"

The theses on this matter have been articulated by our esteemed President. The 'Zero Waste' project, led by Emine Erdoğan, has now become a UN project. It has inspired various countries around the world. The fact that the words put forth by Emine Erdoğan have become a global mechanism is one of the clear messages showing Turkey's leadership.

"THE TURKIC STATES ORGANIZATION HAS SWITCHED TO A COMMON ALPHABET"

The Turkic States Organization has now switched to a common alphabet. The establishment of a committee among the central banks of the member countries, the work related to digital and space, and the inclusion of the TRNC in this platform sends a message to the world. The discomfort of the EU High Representative regarding the presence of the TRNC in that platform is a statement that it is an initiative towards the recognition of the TRNC, merely portraying the Greek Cypriot side as a state. Those who allow a country with border issues and lacking internal integration to claim representation rights over the entire Cyprus are primarily responsible. This is a clear lack of vision. The representative of the EU is not tasked with this. This statement from the representative has emerged as a new example of the EU's lack of vision in managing these issues.

INVESTIGATION INITIATED FOR İBB, ABB, AND BEYKOZ MUNICIPALITY

"The CHP Chairman Mr. Özel is persistently trying to maintain the mistake he made after the local elections. We had warned him about this. They used to say a sentence like, central authority, local authority. There is dual authority in Turkey, and the public order in Turkey is managed as if it is divided into two parts or governed by parallel formations. The general elections determine the authority, while the local elections determine the municipal services. Our record keeper is our citizen. The validity of the arguments we put forth is subject to the authority and laws of our citizens. In Turkey, a mechanism that is not subject to law, a part of public order and public administration cannot be imagined."

CHP LEADER ÖZEL'S STATEMENTS

"Criticisms have been made regarding these audits, and unfortunately, Mr. Özel says here that it is an immoral political instruction. This is a completely inappropriate statement. Previous party leaders used to frequently employ this political integrity issue. We have also stated that this should not be used too often and that it would lead to certain consequences. Again, using the word integrity to express that he guarantees all municipalities is like. These words are valuable words; they should not be used casually in daily polemics due to a lack of political alphabet and grammatical knowledge. The concept of political integrity is a high-quality concept. There is constant talk of political instructions here. They are brought to the point of questioning why the auditing mechanisms were activated. They say you can audit whatever you want and bring accusations to lower the quality of the audit. We return these words to them exactly as they are."

"AUDIT IS VALID FOR EVERYONE"

This is a language unbefitting the leader of the main opposition. It is a language that should not even be used in a trivial fight. It is clear that there is a lack of political grammatical knowledge. The second point is that, as far as we can see right now, the CHP is being managed in 3-4 pieces. There seems to be an internalized state within the 6-party table. To understand the CHP's view, you need to look at a minimum of 4 places. Unfortunately, the CHP administration is entering a derogatory situation against the AK Party and the People's Alliance to close the political current deficit, threatening judges, prosecutors, and inspectors.

"POLITICAL INSUFFICIENCY"

While even the mayors say things like 'we are open to audit', it is a political insufficiency for the CHP Chairman to turn this into a part of another political fight. The current deficit in political production cannot be closed with a lack of political style. We have the means and capability to respond to all these insults. If they want to create a political fight from here, we will enter every kind of struggle to defend our citizens' rights with a clean language within the law.

"AUDIT IS VALID FOR ALL MUNICIPALITIES"

There is no such thing as you are the general authority, we are the local authority, you cannot audit us. There is one legal order in Turkey. Because they have put themselves into such a psychology, they are entering a politically dangerous and politically ignorant defense. The audit is also valid for AK Party and People's Alliance municipalities. Although he is not in power, as the leader of the opposition party, he makes dozens of sentences saying I give instructions every day. Our record keeper is the citizen. Everything on the agenda is audited and presented to the citizen. What the laws will do is clearly stated. We are not discussing the service itself directed to the citizen. We are discussing issues related to corruption and waste, regardless of which party they belong to.

"THERE IS NO RIGHT TO NOT PAY SGK DEBTS IN PUBLIC ORDER"

Debts to SGK are increasing exponentially. An attitude of not paying this is not politics. Such a right does not exist in our public order. Ultimately, paying this is also the right of our citizens benefiting from SGK. There are citizens whom SGK serves. These are very simple, fundamental principles. No one should be disturbed by the functioning of public order. We can engage in political struggle; we are a political cadre that knows very well how to fight against the ugliness that clearly shows a problem of political perception and awareness.

Where we stand is the clarity of everything. The services produced by the municipality and the services provided by the SGK are the rights of the citizens. Everyone who will operate in public order will respect this.

US PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

A clear picture has emerged in the US. In the Senate, Congress, election results, votes received, and delegates, there is a clear victory for Trump and the Republicans. We are closely monitoring this. Our President has given instructions to the cabinet. All our cabinet members will determine how Turkey will proceed in which areas as the Trump administration takes office. This is the instruction of our President. We have stated that our action plans and simulations are ready to work with whichever administration comes. With the roadmap of our President, relevant ministries are preparing their roadmaps on issues ranging from security to foreign trade, military matters to foreign policies, and from the Russia-Ukraine war to Gaza.

We are aware that some individuals have made negative statements regarding Turkey's foreign policies and our President concerning the appointments you mentioned. It is expressed that they will adopt a negative attitude in the fundamental areas I mentioned within the framework of certain analyses. Of course, we are closely monitoring these. We also have this experience: evaluating the cabinets that will emerge after such elections based on the words of individual persons is not always correct. There are times when it is correct and times when it is not. The cabinet in front of you works as a whole. There have been individuals who have said positive things in their past lives but have taken negative paths once in office. We need to see the steps they will take. For example, there was talk of ending the war. We hope that a fair attitude will be displayed and steps will be taken to resolve these issues. President Trump is not a stranger to us. Our President has had many legal interactions in the past. Our action plan is ready regarding how to resolve the blockages in various areas in the new period.

“NO REQUEST FOR PEACE AND MEDIATION”

It would not be correct to evaluate the decision that the State of Qatar will make regarding Hamas's political bureau there. Once a decision is made, we will see it together. The concept of mediation does not go hand in hand with the Netanyahu government. They do not agree to any peace plan. When mediators come into play and reach the peace stage, they have taken steps to eliminate the peace table by carrying out very heavy attacks. The Netanyahu network uses every kind of mediation initiative to gain time to continue its massacre policy.

Making an assessment of the need for mediation here would be an overly optimistic approach. There is no request for peace and mediation. The first thing Israel needs to do is to declare a ceasefire. After the ceasefire is declared, it is the mediators' turn. So far, the activities of those who have mediated have been nullified by the Netanyahu government. They are the ones committing genocide in Gaza, the ones wanting to annex the West Bank. They are the ones attacking Lebanon and Iran. They are the ones threatening the geography from Iraq to the Gulf. They are the ones threatening all countries, talking about the promised land. There can be no mediation with a network that says it will spread the massacre to wider areas. Turkey has stood by all Palestinian groups that have been excluded in various ways until now. Turkey will continue to stand by the Palestinian cause and the representatives of Palestine.

OPERATION IN NORTHERN SYRIA

I can say that we are closely following certain developments regarding the movements of terrorist organizations or their activation by certain centers. Years ago, a decision was made for an operation, and planning was being done. We are not in such a situation now. Developments in our region are extremely dynamic. The Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) are on alert to act as soon as the instruction given by our President is issued, and they are constantly being updated. We are aware of the movements of terrorist organizations in the region. When the instruction is given, the TSK will be in a position to start this ground operation simultaneously. Our most important sensitivity is to maintain a depth of 30 kilometers. We consider any formation we see within Syria and Iraq up to 30 km deep from the Turkish borders as a primary threat, and the necessary operation will take place. Previously, when this strip was violated, attempts were made to establish certain terrorist groups by advancing. Those speaking on behalf of the CHP criticized the blue homeland and these ground operations. If these operations had not taken place, there would have been actual state-like formations of ISIS and PKK right under our noses. The TSK has shattered these. Therefore, I would like to say that we are closely monitoring this mobility.
