Samsunspor's spokesperson Suat Çakır spoke about the team's injury status before the match against Fenerbahçe. Providing information about three players, Suat Çakır said, "Ntcham has a minor injury. Zeki has a problem. He has swelling behind his knee due to a blow he received in the match on Sunday. His treatment is ongoing. We will see if he can make it to the Fenerbahçe match. Jaures's injury is estimated to take around 8 weeks."

Samsunspor's spokesperson Suat Çakır stated, "Our goal is to be in the top 5 in the league again, but it seems a bit difficult for us to catch up right now. Therefore, the Turkish Cup looks easier. Hopefully, we will finish the group stages of the Turkish Cup as leaders, reach the semifinals after the quarterfinals, and go to Europe by winning that cup."
''THE GAP IN THE LEAGUE HAS INCREASED A BIT''
Before the match against Antalyaspor in the Turkish Cup, Suat Çakır mentioned that their goal is to win the cup, saying, "We are playing a match every three days. Hopefully, we can get through this period without too many injuries and without excessive fatigue. Antalyaspor has no ambition in the Turkish Cup. They played their last matches with U19 reinforcements. The cup is important for us because it currently seems to be the shortest way to go to Europe.
