The former captain of the Turkish National Football Team and Shakhtar Donetsk's head coach, Arda Turan, spoke about his goals. The young coach stated, "I want to win the Ukrainian League, as well as the Champions League, La Liga, and the UEFA Cup."

In the statement, Turan mentioned in his speech during the program that he was inspired by the star players he played with during his football career and that he is always open to learning. Regarding the differences between coaching and playing, Turan stated, "It was very easy to play; I was a very good player. Managing is much harder."

Emphasizing that he has achieved his goals in his role at Eyüpspor and is aiming for greater goals with Shakhtar Donetsk, Turan stated, "I want to win the Champions League, La Liga, and the UEFA Cup, in addition to the Ukrainian League. Because I trust my tactics, my system, and my game knowledge."

Referring to the recently released documentary "Arda Turan: Confrontation," Turan expressed that the documentary process was emotionally quite challenging, but looking back, he feels proud of himself.

After taking over Shakhtar Donetsk, Turan mentioned that he received many congratulatory messages from Turkey and around the world, including one from Cedi Osman, who successfully represents Turkey in the NBA and recently played for one of Greece's major clubs, Panathinaikos. He stated, "I really love Cedi Osman. He is a great example for Turkish sports. I am proud of him."

Highlighting the importance of family life for him, Turan emphasized his respect for his wife, Aslıhan Doğan Turan, stating that she is a strong mother and has always taken on a supportive role.

Turan expressed that he finds the rise of a new generation of coaches in Turkish football promising, stating, "I never put anything before football. I am a father of two, someone who loves football and is trying to improve. I have an idea, I have a dream, and I believe that this can change the fate of the game."
