Arsenal hammered West Ham United 6-0 at away in the English Premier League week 24 game on Sunday.

French defender William Saliba scored with a header from very close range to English midfielder Declan Rice's assist in the 32nd minute at London Stadium.

Nigerian forward Bukayo Saka netted the second goal for the Gunners from a penalty kick in the 41st minute.


Arsenal quickly scored two more goals before the end of the first half, with Brazilian defender Gabriel Magalhaes' header from Rice's cross in the 44th minute and Belgian attacker Leandro Trossard's shot into the top right corner of the goal three minutes later.

Saka netted once more with a shot to the bottom right corner in the 63rd minute. Two minutes later, Rice tallied with a shot to the bottom left corner from long range.

Arsenal have kept their top spot chase at the third spot with 52 points, two points behind leaders Liverpool, while West Ham are placed eighth with 36 points. -
