Turkey is mourning Ayşenur Halil and İkbal Uzuner, who were brutally murdered in Fatih. Relatives of Uzuner, who was sent off on her final journey, struggled to stand at the funeral, and her brother clung to the coffin, saying, "I had one sister."
Ikbal Uzuner, who was killed at the walls in Fatih, was bid farewell to her final journey today after the funeral ceremony held with tears.
The incident occurred yesterday around 4:00 PM in Fatih. Semih Çelik, who first killed his ex-girlfriend Ayşenur Halil in Eyüpsultan, then went to the walls with his girlfriend Ikbal Uzuner in Fatih. Çelik brutally murdered Uzuner here and then committed suicide by jumping off the walls.
FAREWELL TO HER FINAL JOURNEY
A funeral ceremony was held for Ikbal Uzuner at Fatih Mosque. Her grieving family, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, and many citizens attended the ceremony. After the funeral prayer performed following the noon prayer, Uzuner was bid farewell to her final journey after the prayers were recited.

During the funeral ceremony, it was observed that Uzuner's relatives were having a nervous breakdown and struggled to stand. The words of Ikbal Uzuner's brother, who was overwhelmed with tears, "I had one sister," broke hearts.
