Azerbaijan, which is experiencing a crisis due to drone attacks from Iran, has decided to withdraw its diplomatic personnel from Iran due to security concerns.
Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced in a statement that the embassy and consulate staff in Iran have been evacuated. Bayramov stated that the personnel working at Azerbaijan's embassy in Tehran and the consulate in Tabriz were removed from the country for security reasons.
It was noted that the evacuation decision was made to ensure the safety of the diplomatic personnel.

The Baku administration announced that four unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to Iran crossed the Azerbaijani border, resulting in injuries to four people in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Iran denied the claim of the UAV attack and stated that it did not carry out any attacks against Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev stated, "These dishonorable people, those who carried out this terrorist act against us, will regret it. They should not test our strength. The heads of those who want to test our strength were broken through the 'Iron Fist'."
