Gunshots were heard near the Israeli Consulate in Beşiktaş. A large number of police teams were dispatched to the scene. Two terrorists were killed in the clash. Justice Minister Akın Gürlek stated regarding the matter, "A deputy chief prosecutor and two public prosecutors have been assigned to investigate the reports of gunfire around the Israeli Consulate in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul; our public prosecutors have begun their investigations."
A gunfight broke out in front of the building where the Israeli Consulate is located in Istanbul. According to a statement from the police, it was reported that 2 of the suspects were killed and 1 was injured.
POLICE: 2 OF THE SUSPECTS ARE DEAD
According to the latest information from the Istanbul Police, it was announced that 2 of the suspects were killed and 1 was neutralized as injured in the conflict. It was reported that 2 police officers were also injured in the clash.

Justice Minister Akın Gürlek stated regarding the issue, "An immediate investigation has been initiated by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the reports of gunfire around the Israeli Consulate located in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul. A deputy chief prosecutor and two public prosecutors have been assigned within the scope of the investigation; our public prosecutors have promptly arrived at the scene and started their examinations. In order to clarify all aspects of the incident, work is being carried out in coordination with our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and the relevant law enforcement units, and the investigation is being conducted meticulously and comprehensively." he said.
