Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been bombing Gaza and killing tens of thousands of Palestinians, and last night it launched a ground operation into Lebanon. While this development has become the number one agenda in the world press, a striking statement came from MHP leader Bahçeli during the first group meeting of the new legislative year. Bahçeli said, "Humanity is gasping for breath in the Middle East, and Israel is adding new acts of tyranny. We must take a stance in a state of alertness regarding regional developments. We will not leave the field to decomposed and brewed fossils.
